Abstract
Qualitative assessment of land consists of assessing the quality of the soil and the properties of the territory. The main task of qualitative assessment of the land - a comparative assessment of the degree of favorability of the soil and the conditions of the territory for the cultivation of various crops. Qualitative land evaluation has much to do with soil bonitation, but there are some differences. First, qualitative land evaluation includes not only soil but also land assessment. And, secondly, in the qualitative assessment of land use absolute rather than relative figures.
