Abstract
The article discusses some issues of clusters and it is also noted that the main issue for the state today is to define the level and quality of their own interference. The authors believe that the phenomenon around this issue can be brought down to two main problems: restriction and possibilities. According to the authors, national clusters are usually financed from several sources. They emphasize that according to statistics, the main source of funding comes from the national budget and only one program out of five is fianced by the EU funds. In addition, the authors of the article formulate a view that the different form of cluster politics is often create innovations in the private sector of the European countries. The second most important target group of funding programs is the scientific-research fie.
