Abstract
OSTEOMAS ARE BENIGN TUMOURS WHICH OCCUR VERY RARELY IN THE NASAL CAVITY, THE MOST COMMON SITE BEING THE FRONTOETHMOIDAL REGION. HERE WE PRESENT ONE SUCH CASE REPORT OF A MASSIVE OSTEOMA NASAL CAVITY IN A 14 YEAR OLD FEMALE WHICH WAS EXCISED SURGICALLY THROUGH A LATERAL RHINOTOMY TO AVOID COMPLICATIONS OF THIS SLOW GROWING TUMOUR. THE PATIENT HAS BEEN ON REGULAR FOLLOWUP THEREAFTER.
