Formation and development of leasing in Russia

Leasing has recently become an alternative to a bank loan. Many business entities deprived of access to credit resources due to tight banking policy to select clients and present to them excessively high requirements regarding the value of the company's assets, the security of the transaction, the period of its existence on the market, and not too high bank interest and other commission payments, are forced to seek new sources of investment in their business and such a solution for them becomes leasing.
