RARE CASE OF NOISY BREATHING

We report six months old infant with history of noisy breathing, stridor and wheeze, admitted for lower respiratory tract infection, where Flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy and barium esophagogram suggested external compression of trachea and CT angiography revealed double aortic arch and surgery relieved all her symptoms
