Abstract
Recent studies have shown that soft skills account for 75% of each individual's success. Soft skills are the emotional capacity of each individual, the adaptability of the individual in the living and working environment. Providing soft skills to students is essential before they graduate and find a job. The most effective soft skills training method is to organize the experiential activities to help students get acquainted with the real situations through hypothetical situations. Experiential activities will help students to play the role-playing and solve problems in their own way, thereby, they could draw lessons for themselves
