With the changing nature of physical education in our state there is a need for new educational practices, which leads to a change of external form and substance of higher physical education. Changed the main educational goal, which now is not so much knowledge-training as in providing conditions for self-determination and self-realization of future teacher of physical culture in the information society. The use of e- learning can improve the quality of higher physical education through the use of global educational resources and due to the fact that when using elements of e-learning and distance learning technologies increases in the part of independent work of future teachers of physical culture during learning
