CLASSIFICATION ANALYSIS OF INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE AND PECULIARITIES OF MODERN FORMS OF REPRODUCTIVE PERFORMANCE OF INDUSTRIAL PARKS IN RUSSIA

In this article the modern tendencies and features of development of industrial parks in Russia a an effective form of management of reproductive performance of industrial real estate are considered. The structure of the classification of industrial real estate and the place of objects such as industrial parks in it are shown. Two variants of development of industrial construction management parks in Russia are shown: development and redevelopment. The statistics of construction of industrial parks in Russia and specificity of their erection for a situation both "Greenfield", and "Brownfield" are shown. The leading trend in the industrial construction of industrial parks such as redevelopment, the presence of the most popular concept of building industrial zones with housing construction has been revealed and shown. It is this concept of redevelopment that is leading in most Russian regions. Analysis of the development of the industrial construction industry indicates the preservation of the positive dynamics of the development of industrial parks in Russia and the existence of substantial state program-target support for their erection, despite the unfavorable economic situation in recent years
