THE METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF MODELLING OF THE FUNCTIONAL-RELIABLE INDUSTRIAL PARK INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT SYSTEM WITH INTEGRAL CONTROL AT THE COMPREHENSIVE VALUE OF OWNERSHIP

The article is devoted to the development of the theory and methodology of situational modelling of industrial development of industrial parks as a functional and reliability system, taking into account the application of the integral management criterion based on the indicators of the total cost of ownership. The author's approach is proposed that includes both local management criteria for efficiency and organizational and economic reliability indexes, as well as the aggregate value indices for owning industrial real estate. The conceptual modelling of the industrial development system structure is shown with reference to the reproduction of industrial parks on the basis of the separation of function-stages, function-tasks, objects and management levels. A graphic model of author's conceptual modelling is presented and formulas are given for the formalization of the studied indicators
