THE ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERSPECTIVES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ARTISTIC TOURISM IN TRANSCARPATHIA

Abstract
Problem statement. Today the sphere of tourism is a perspective segment for the formation a competition in Ukraine at various levels, from regional to national. However, the question of the development of artistic tourism in the Transcarpathian region isn't solved enough and requires the further study of the artistic tourism, that determined the topicality of this work. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the peculiarities of the development artistic tourism in the Transcarpathian region. Results. The development of tourism in Transcarpathia becomes increasingly widespread. Today there are about 170 tourist routes in the region that cover various spheres of life of the most western district of Ukraine, which, due to its geopolitical location, borders with four European countries – members of the European Union: Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania. Deepening the relations between them, expanding cross-border cooperation in the field of culture is also a key to the development of artistic tourism. Scholars believe that the artistic tourism in Transcarpathia has certain achievements and significant prospects. Historical, architectural and cultural monuments are of great importance for the development of tourism, especially the artistic one. On a comparatively small area of Transcarpathia is concentrated a relatively large part of monuments of history, architecture and culture, well-preserved customs and ceremonies, original folklore, artistic crafts, which also enhances tourist interest and represents a significant recreational resource. The actual direction of the contemporary cultural and educational work of native museums is the popularization of the historical, artistic, and cultural heritage of Transcarpathia. Accordingly, the educational concept of modern museums is realized in the following directions: the study of needs of the museum's visitors, the expandance the directions and forms of museum and non-museum cultural and educational activities, the development new educational programs for various categories of museum visitors. Originality. Today the problems of studying the various categories of museum visitors of the Transcarpathian region and their motivation still remain, that requires the attention of scientists and practitioners. Unlike foreign museums, in the Transcarpathian region, a number of areas of cultural and educational work with certain categories of museum visitors is not sufficiently developed.The traditional forms of museum work are complemented by innovative developments and educational programs that meet the informational and aesthetic needs of visitors of all ages. The current development of cultural and educational forms of practice increasingly becomes associated with the usage of the Internet technologies. Conclusion. The functioning of museums, as social institutions, is realized through the initiation of cultural and educational programs that are aimed at consolidating the efforts of various organizations, structures, educational and cultural institutions, designed to intensify the creative and social activity of various members of the society. At the present stage of the museums' development their important social functions are: the attachment to the historical past and the present (the actualization the essence of the idea of imitation), the overcoming of moral imperfection in the modern era of dehumanization, the overcoming the leveling of tastes and judgments, as well as anomie - the crisis of values, the opposition to culture marginalization, assisting the achievement of a fruitful orientation of man, opposing to conformism.
