Abstract

Introduction. Physics is keeping on the one of the less popular subjects at schools. Usually, students learn more if the method of instruction matches their learning style. The new approaches include simulations, multimedia presentations and virtual environments. That's why it's important to identify interconnection between the real and the virtual in the educational environment. Purpose. The aim of the article is to identify the possible connections of real and virtual spaces, which forming oriented virtual learning environment in Physics, and to offer effective directions of their interaction in the learning process. Methods. Methods of modeling, analysis, synthesis and generalization have been used for definitions of the real and the virtual, to identify their connections and methodical features of realization in the teaching of Physics, for formulation of conclusions. Results. We have conducted an analysis of possible interactions of the virtual and the real. Four different options for interacting have been considered: virtuality is a part of reality; virtuality creates reality; virtuality and reality intersect; reality and virtuality are matched. The analysis shows that in different situations real and virtual spaces interact to a greater or lesser extent, differently showing their properties, performing different functions. We have shown that in the system of physics experiment not always the replacement of real experiment for virtual is justified. In our opinion, it is necessary to take into account the age, psychological and pedagogical features of the behavior of students in virtual oriented learning environment. Originality. It has been proved that the introduction of the real-virtual experiment is the most effective means of visibility in learning physics process. The didactic principles of integration of the ICT and of the real learning experiment in Physics have been defined. Conclusion. The real and the virtual in the process of learning Physics agree with each other, developing and complementing each other, represent a single system in the structure of the lesson, help to overcome the difficulties during the teaching and understanding, contribute to achieving the maximum realism and authenticity of the learning material. Considering some aspects, it becomes possible to build an effective modern system of learning physics experiment.
