Introduction. The regularities of quality management of the training of future engineers-teachers in the conditions of the master's degree of technical university are outlined and characterized. It is proved that the content of training depends on: social needs, goals of education, goals and objectives of learning; the theory and practice of teaching at a high school; level of professional training of teaching staff and general level students; material and technical and economic opportunities of an educational institution. Approaches to quality management of the training of future engineer educators in the conditions of the Masters Courses of the Technical University makes it possible to identify certain regular relationships that are inherent in the type of management under investigation. Given the peculiarities of the pedagogical process (its complexity, multifactor, variation of the result), for reflection of the objective pedagogical reality, in our opinion, the most appropriate allocation of the laws, and not laws. The set of regularities of quality management of the training of future engineer teachers in the conditions of the Masters of Technical University should solve a number of methodological problems: to reflect the most important properties of this management; to identify mutually determined factors that influence its functioning and development; establish a connection between the theory and the practice of management activities by defining the requirements and rules of adequate implementation of the investigated management. The broadest definition of the concept of «regularity» is given in the Encyclopedia of Professional Education, where the law is interpreted as an objectively existing, recurring, significant link between the phenomena of social life or the stages of historical development. An important understanding of the nature of the laws, in our opinion, is a description of their properties, which states that the laws that are the result of scientific and pedagogical research, have the following properties: to reveal the interaction and movement of the phenomenon under study as «self-propagation»; to record high-quality stability and repetition of the phenomenon not only in the short but also in the long period of time; to reflect the essential features of the phenomenon and its structure in clearly defined expressions, definitions and concepts. Purpose is to define and substantiate the regularities of quality management of the training of future engineer teachers in the conditions of the master's degree of technical university. Methods: theoretical method, system method, synergetic method, testing, methodological method. Results. The regularities of quality management of the training of future engineers-teachers in the conditions of the master's degree of technical university are outlined and characterized.
Originality. During the research, the laws of quality management of the training of future engineers-teachers in the conditions of the Masters of Technical University, which contribute to the increase of the efficiency of the indicators of this management, were determined and characterized. Conclusion. Consequently, based on the substantiated regularities connected with each other and penetrating one another, we will represent them as a system consisting of two components - the regularities associated with the selection, structuring and improvement of the content of the teaching material for quality management of the training of future engineers- teachers (content), and principles of training, which reflect the patterns associated with the organization and management of the quality management process of training this specialist (procedural). Such a distribution is conditional: the value of each principle is not limited to the limits of its group.
