Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of the current trends in the development of the industrial potential of the Donetsk People's Republic, the need to improve the management of the logistics service system at industrial enterprises is determined. Themethodological basis based on modern methods of management of logistics systems and business processes in supply chains, which is the basis for improving the methodology of logistics services management at industrial enterprises, is generalized.
