The institutional support of the development of Donetsk People’s Republic

The article is devoted to the institutional support for the development of the Donetsk People's Republic. The analysisof legal regulation and administrative constituting of normative legal acts on the development of program and doctrinal documents is carried out. The Doctrine of the administrative and territorial development of the Donetsk People's Republic, its main distinctive features and functions have been structurally presented. The main directions of the state policy in the sphere of developing the administrative and territorial units of the Donetsk People's Republic are determined.
