Abstract

The relevance that they have acquired the debates and analysis on teaching in the framework of the new educational scenarios, leads to ask for features that currently takes advice on alternative modalities and management of virtual environments in the process of teaching - learning in upper level. A central problem on the discussion of teacher training in the University, is the quality of the update process and the role of information and communication technologies; watching them from the perspective of incorporation as tools in the framework of the educational model and not just as transformations in themselves. The Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México; through form distance education programs; the transformation of the academic and educational process is from September 2007 on the need for transformation in the training of teachers in this feature, requiring the opening of alternative arrangements to allow, according to the model of curricular innovation force since 2003, as well as expand the possibilities of discharge through a productive, competitive education and quality at the national and international levels.
