Abstract
Infant education is the first level of the national education system, with the goal of forming and devel- oping the personality, preparing the basis for children to participate in school education and lifelong learning. In order to develop personality for 5–6 year old children in kindergartens teachers must organize many activities for them, in which playing activity is the dominance. This article generally presents the results of the research on the status quo and suggests four measures to improve efficiency of organizing playing activities for 5–6 year old children in nursery schools of Peck district, Xieng Khoang province, Lao PDR
