Abstract
In the article the result of the conducted analysis of future changes is presented at the market of labor in Ukraine and in other countries of the world under act of advance of science. Certainly, that in the near future of question of account of new calls and possibilities at the market of labor necessarily will arise up at forming of the new programs of development and reforms in those countries of the world, that aim in advance to prepare к to the possible threats and to work out measures in relation to the decline of them negative consequences. It is well-proven that companies will develop a human capital on the base of new professional skills, to reorganize labor and inculcate the new methods of management for the maximally effective use of the non-material assets. Reasonably, that on the whole inequality and social stratification, to that can bring current technological changes over, already now cause a serious disturbance. Liquidation of workplaces and polarization of labor-market generate them not only, but also decline of social mobility and deepening of break between countries. It is suggested in good time to prepare к to the new calls that arise up as a result of modernization of global economy, for what the result of analysis of new requirements, risks and prospects is presented at the market of labor, and also the results of world tendencies of changes are shown at the market of labor in obedience to the remote prognoses of foreign scientists and specialists of international research organizations.
