Aspects of Ecological-Economic Safety Management in the Conditions of Military and Politic Instability in Nature Resources Use Context

In this article we coverage the concept of ecological-economic governmental safety as the independent system and also in the dynamics to the conditions of military and politic instability. We characterize the MPI as a current process and also its influence at forming of the ecological-economic safety system. We consider the aspects of this system functioning in the context of nature resources, accenting on the water resources. We determine the problematic of MPI in the context of nature resources and its influence at the ecologic and economic governmental safety. We analyze the usage of exact optimization theory for the not exact models. We consider the current legislation in the MPI sphere and propose some methods for the stability level saving in the conditions of nowadays political situation.
