Special economic knowledge in the legal systems of Europe, Australia and USA

The state and basic possibilities of using special economic knowledge and involvement of a judicial expert in the legal systems of Europe, Australia and the USA are substantiated. In the European Network of Forensic Institutions (ENFSI) there are no issues of economic offenses. The problem of the use of special economic knowledge for the purpose of providing mutual legal assistance and international cooperation in the process of disclosing and investigating economic offenses is studied, and the necessary condition for effective detection and investigation of economic offenses is a deep knowledge. The necessity of establishing an institute of forensic economic expertise is proposed. The possibilities of international cooperation of the use of special economic knowledge, their problems and subjects, criteria of evaluation are determined.
