Abstract
This article reviews causal relationships and a comparative analysis of the mobilization and innovative ways of functioning both of the system of society as a whole and of its individual elements, which is of paramount importance for the educational, scientific and managerial spheres, since they are in contact with the outlined phenomenon primarily and to the greatest extent among other social spheres.
