Abstract
From 2006 to the present, we have observed constant changes and amendments to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. One of such innovations was the inclusion in a number of offenses of art. 205.4 of the Criminal Code, which regulates the responsibility for organizing and participating in the terrorist community.
