Abstract
The object of the study is the management system of the educational process of fire safety training, implemented competence approach. This subject in scientific knowledge was not considered earlier and the substantiation and an assessment of system of management of educational process on the basis of competence approach was not given. Therefore, to study this approach of training is currently an urgent task.
