The article examines the factors that affect the psychological portrait of the accountant. Particular attention is paid to the personal and psychological factor. Various classifications of professions, as well as personal and psychological qualities of the individual, are analyzed, which determine the predisposition to the profession and determine the possibility of forming a professional judgment, which is reflected in the proposed professionogram.
