Abstract
The aim of this work is to compare the strength characteristics of students of a special medical group with the pathology of the cardiovascular system (PCS) and diseases of the musculoskeletal system (DMS). Also a comparison of their power characteristics with the results of tests of students from the main medical group was conducted. It was found that students with PCS have higher rates in motor tests compared to students with DMS in the "pull-up" test in the third year, and in the "torso lift for 30 s" test in the first and third year. Accordingly, students with DMS diseases have better results than students in the PCS in the "pull-up" test on the first year and in the "torso lift for 30 s" test on the second year of study.
