Problematic sides of the legal status of the prosecutor in the proceeding of the criminal process

In this article, the current problems of the prosecutor's activity, as an official carrying out criminal prosecution and supervision of the activities of other investigative bodies, are considered. The article also notes the need to return the powers of the prosecutor during the preliminary investigation.
