Abstract
Attention is paid to methods for assessing the effectiveness of the customer relationship management system. The quality of customer service is the most significant part of the success of each organization. A high level of interaction with consumers leads to an increase in the number of loyal customers, forms a favorable image of the company, which, in turn, leads to an increase in its financial performance. In the article, the most popular methods for evaluating CRM-systems and the recommendations made on the application of methods for evaluating systems in companies are considered.
