TOOLS AND ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECTS OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Abstract
Crisis management is a set of processes which aim to identify potential crises to enable the organization to prevent a crisis or to manage it. In this way, the organization will be able to overcome and minimizes the consequences of the crisis and faster returns to a normal state. It is used mainly in conditions organization of chaos, under the pressure of numerous media, in stressful circumstances and the lack of precise information. After the end of each crisis should be followed a process of learning from past events, taking into consideration the difficulties that may occur in a crisis. Based on that, crisis managers need to adapt the available tools of crisis management to the specifics of individual types of crisis. To minimize the consequences of crisis organizational aspects is a significant, i.e., compose the team for crisis management in order to be as efficient as possible with the necessary respect for the most important ethical principles. For these reasons, this study will be devoted to tools and organizational aspects of crisis management.
