Abstract
The state of formation of public consciousness of the reintegration of the Donbass in the context of the military, political and economic aspects of the stages of their development in the process of peaceful the settlement of an armed conflict and the use of international peacekeeping forces to fully achieve the conditions and requirements of a set of measures to implement the Minsk agreements. The economic aspects of the reintegration of Donbass are examined in the context of the awareness of losses from armed conflict and the availability of the capabilities of the Donbass's production complex for restoration. A list of directions and tasks for the economic development of Donbass in accordance with scenarios of slow, moderate or accelerated options for resolving issues on the implementation of an international peacekeeping mission. The presented block view of the formation of public consciousness regarding the reintegration of the Donbass makes it possible to concentrate the attention of the central government of the country and local governments in Donetsk and Lugansk regions on the development of an effective program for the revival of the integrated production complex of the Donbass under different scenarios for the development of its reintegration.
