State policy in ensuring economic stability and food security in agriculture in Azerbaijan

In the article the author points out that the formation and development of market relations in the agrarian sector requires the implementation of a broad program of activities. Therefore, taking into account the natural and economic conditions of each region of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the most important task is to create and strengthen the activities of various independent forms of management in order to meet the population's demand for agricultural products. Thus, in order to ensure reliable food security, the management system should be selected in such a way that it can cover all the stages that the product passes. That is, the mechanism for managing food security must begin with the production of products and cover all stages up to delivery to the consumer, and also function as a single system.
