Integration of the system of operational budgets and a balanced system of indicators into the strategy of an industrial enterprise

The article substantiates the necessity of integrating the balanced system of indicators as an integral part of strategic planning and the system of operational budgets in a unified strategy for the enterprise. The mechanism of strategy transformation to the operational level is represented with the help of non-financial components of the balanced system of indicators which allows for the timely coordination of budgetary indicators and, as a result, improve the efficiency of the enterprise as a whole.
