The article considers the main aspects of the creation and development of infrastructure organizations, such as technology parks and business incubators. The essence of support of small and medium business is determined. The most complete definition is proposed, taking into account some amendments and additions to existing ones. With the help of such methods as theoretical analysis, systematization, specification, graphical method, comparison, grouping, modern information management technologies are investigated in the process of formation and functioning of business incubators as a factor of sustainable development of the region.
