Abstract
A complex scientific analysis of sanctions under the Article 365 CCU is analysed in terms of the criminal(penal) sanctions. The gaps in their structure were found and ways of their improvement were suggested. The criminal law of countries that establishes responsibility for actions namely the abuse of power, official powers. In particular, the author points out the importance of foreing countries' experience; reveals relevant provisions of foreign countries' criminal codes, analyzes and applies comperative method which gives possibility to improve national law taking into account global tendencies in the development of criminal law.
