Abstract
The paper presents the results of experimental studies of the effect of rotor speed, fluid flow and its physical properties on the intensity of heat transfer during heating. Studies were carried out in a rotary film apparatus with pivot attachment of blades. As the treated liquids, water and solutions of 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% glycerol in water were used. A generalized calculated dependence is obtained.
