STRATEGIC PLANNING FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN UKRAINE – THEORETICAL ASPECT

The article analyzes the theoretical aspect of the specifics of the regulation of the economy on the basis of sustainable development in the context of strategic planning of sustainable development of Ukraine. The analysis of the main concepts of strategic planning of sustainable development is carried out. The organizational principles of ensuring the transition of Ukraine to sustainable development, including compliance with international norms, regionality, complexity, structural, systematic, functional, controllable and phased, are presented. The main groups of tools and methods of sustainable development management, including administrative, legal, economic, socio-psychological methods and tools, as well as instruments of public regulation and control are allocated.
