FORECASTING AND ITS METHODS. USE OF FACTOR ANALYSIS IN FORECASTING

The significance of business analytics as the process of transforming data into information, that is, new knowledge that can be used to increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise, is substantiated. The expediency of implementing such a management function as forecasting for the successful activity of the company in the field of sales is also considered. The expediency of using factor analysis for assessing the financial condition of an enterprise and creating a sales forecast based on factor analysis is determined. Forecasting, analysis and data processing is done using the appropriate toolkit and displayed in the Tableau program.
