MODELS OF RESEARCH OF LABOR RESOURCES DYNAMICS IN REGION

The article is devoted to the study of models determining the dynamics of labor resources at region. The characteristic features of the category "labor resources of the region" are defined and there is proposed the actual interpretation of the concept as a part of the population of region, which possesses certain physical, intellectual and qualification abilities potentially capable of being involved in carrying out socially useful activities in order to ensure socio-economic development of the region. Among the presented models of research of labor resources dynamics in region, the most effective ones should be considered, based on the economic and mathematical methods of research, in particular the method of integral assessment. In order to ensure that results are capable of being adapted in practice, it is important not only to assess the current state of labor force, but also the prospects for their development, their potential. In addition, it is important to calculate indicators that are the most meaningful and complex characterization of the investigated object, using up-to-date and reliable information. The theoretical value of the work is the ability to increase the level of efficiency of management of labor resources at the regional level, due to using the models determining their dynamics. Application of a model of research of labor resources dynamics among the Ukrainian regions is a promising direction for further research.
