CONNECTION BETWEEN THE PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY "HEALTHCARE" AND THE PERSONAL E FFECTIVENESS OF HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS

Abstract
The article presents results of the analysis of the relationship between "healthcare" as a professional activity and the sense of personal effectiveness of the healthcare professionals. The assessment was carried out through a survey of health professionals working in three multiprofile active treatment hospitals and two specialized oncology hospitals. For the purposes of the study used a complex methodology of standardized questionnaires: Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and Caring Behaviors Inventory (CBI). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis at a signific ance level of the null hypothesis p <0.05. The study confirms the hypothesis that Burn out and the low satisfaction have a negative effect to the quality of the care provided.
