Abstract
Each cell of each tissue of living body gets necessary substances, is exempted from "rubbish" and keeps homeostasis by means of pulsations. The mechanism of pulsations is considered and also it is shown that pulsa- tions are important for the specific processes proceedin g in bodies, for example, in renal system. At each pulsation, ATP molecules are spent. Oxygen is necessary for ATP restoration. It becomes clear why human lives only several minutes without oxygen. The important role of coordinated action of pulsations and membrane channels is emphasized. The biosphere pollution influences effectiveness of work of pulsations and channels and break their coordinated work
