THE ESSENCE AND CONTENT ELEMENTS OF SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

In the article the essence and content elements of sustainable economic development are investigat- ed, it is showed that the first concept of sustainable economic development was the theory of "Economic Growth" sug- gested by J. Keynes in the 1930s. It is shown that a new form of economic development and human activity manage- ment, which is capable for meeting people's needs and doesn't hinder future need satisfaction, composes the main es- sence of sustainable economic development. At the same time, it is emphasized that investment and innovation factors in the providing of sustainable development of the national economy, improving the efficiency of infrastructures opera ting in all sectors of the economy and their improvement are of great importance. At the end of the research, the govern- ment's attention and care has given a dynamic character to rapid development in various sectors of the national econ- omy, and as a result , sustainable development processes have begun in our country
