Abstract

The research objective is studying of features of distribution of main histocompatibility antigens (HLA complex antigens) at atopic dermatitis at children of early age, preschool and primary school age, teenage age. Material and methods. We observed 128 children aged 8 months–15 years with widespread moderate and severe atopic dermatitis, which have been subdivided into three age groups. The first group (76 patients) is early aged children (aged 8 months–2 years), the second group (32 patients)–children of preschool and younger school age (aged 5-10 years), the third group (20 patients) – growing aged children (aged 12-15). At patients with atopic dermatitis we carried out serological typing of antigens of a HLA complex of I class and molecular typing of antigens of HLA com- plex of II class. Results. At the early aged, preschool and primary school aged children, growing aged children with atopic dermatitis the features of distribution of main histocompatibility antigens are revealed. The research results have allowed to determine immunogenetic markers of atopic dermatitis at children of different age groups.
