Abstract

In this paper the immunochemical properties of the anti - idiotypic antibodies (AIAT) specific to immunoglobulins directed to lipopolysaccharidic (LPS) antigen of brucella in indirect and competitive EMI are determined, indirect and competitive variants of EMI using AIAT specific to immunoglobulins directed to lipopolysaccharid- ic antigen of brucella are approved. The results of experiments have shown that the studied AIAT specifically interact with reference positive serums.
