INFLUENCE OF THE ELECTRO - IMPULSE THERAPY ON THE CLINICAL COURSE OF UNCONTROLLED BRONCHIAL ASTHMA

The high morbidity of bronchial asthma (BA), the constant growth of sickness rate, increase in the number of patients with uncontrolled course of the disease, require improved programs for the treatment of patients. The lack of efficiency, high cost of treatment, presence of s ide effects of drugs (and therefore the frequent refusal of patients from treatment), progressive deterioration of quality of life, necessitated the search for safer and more effective treatments [5 - 7]. The aim of this work was to study the possibility of using electro - impulse therapy (ET) to improve the treatment of uncontrolled asthma.
