Abstract

From the first days of independence, the issue of comprehensive development of the control system and managerial human resources by the head of state was the center of attention and was considered at the state level. It is essential that criteria for measuring the political activity of managerial staff in Uzbekistan were objective. The article underlines the difficulties and proble ms in this area based on the analysis results of work in the field of management. It also demonstrates the importance of the issue in the management of state and public construction.
