Abstract

A method is proposed for measuring the magnetic properties of highly absorbing substances at ultrahigh frequencies from the reflection of electromagnetic radiation incident on it. It is based on the application in the measurement circuit of a quarter-wave non-absorbing dielectric plate located at an adjustable distance from the surface of the measured substance
