Abstract
This article describes the process for certification of employees of the Pension Fund of Ukraine marked the prospects of using computers to automate this process. Using the Unified Modeling Language UML the model of special information system is created. The use case diagram, classes diagram and activities diagram are built. The prospects of software implementation of the model are described.
