THE PEDAGOG ICAL ASPECT OF THE RESEARCH OF THE PERSONALITY EDUCATION PROBLEM IN THE COLLECTIVE

The article discusses issues connected with need of formation of class collective as successful guarantee of socialization of each certain individual. The models of personality development and collective are analyzed. A question of the relations of collective and the personality is one of the key, and it allows feeling special importance in the conditions of education democratization, respecting for the rights and freedoms of the person. The position of the personality in the system of the collective relations essentially depends on individual social experience.
