Abstract
In the article the features of the checking of independent work of studentiv-gumanitariiv of France system are exposed on the modern stage. Maintenance and forms of leadthrough of module control is analysed in the system of higher humanitarian education of France. The features of process of evaluation of independent work are reflected, and it is selected basic functions: prognostichna, diagnostic, checking.
