Mathematical simulation computational modeling as a decision making tool in project management of insurance companies

Are systematized the experience of building of the mathematical imitating computational models as a tool of substantiation of making decisions in project management. Are reviewed the main stages of model building, and its use in practical activities of the insurance company during the process of decisions substantiation regarding the expediency of the use of franchise during the insurance of surface vehicles. Are offered the recomendations for optimizing the rate policy of the insurer.
