ELECTRONIC DECLARATION OF THE OFFICIALS’ PROPERTY STATUS THROUGH THE PRISM OF INFORMATION SOCIETY TYPES

The article is dedicated to the investigation of the information society types and the institution of electronic declaration in some European countries. The content of the most widely spread information society types has been disclosed. It has been defined the major aspects of declaration of the property status of the officials and common citizens in Georgia, Great Britain, Portugal and Sweden. It has been analyzed the normative basis of the above-mentioned countries, the national legislation of Ukraine and scientific literature. Some directions of the institution of electronic declaration in Ukraine development have been marked out.
