Abstract
In the article there are identified and classified the most important macro and microfactors of bothe restrictive and expansionist impact on the competitiveness of AIC oil and fat sector enterprises. As the first there can be distinguished the most difficult financial situation of of sector business entities, lack of initiative on the part of potential investors because of the high risk investment, low motivation, disparity in prices for finished products and raw materials, shortage of qualified personnel and others. The favorable conditions include the consolidation of tAIC sector with the research institutions with the purpose of their effective development, potential to increase consumer availability of the oil and fat products to the public by optimizing business processes, development of raw material and resource base in the sector as one AIC state support directions
